Tue:   Favorite candy bar
Wed:  Draw a thoughtful picture
Thr:   Favorite drink
Fri:    50's dress-up day & appreciate in your own way!
(Of course, participation is optional. These items do not need to be expensive. You can also pick and choose which days you would like to join in!)

Spring BOX TOPs Contest Results are in ...

First Place: Ms. Bauer's 5th grade class - Pizza Party
Second Place:  Mrs. Moralez's 2nd grade class - Ice Cream Party
Third Place:  Mrs. Fason's 5th grade class - Popcorn Party

Please continue to save your Box Tops for our spring contest. Most of them do not expire for 2 or 3 years, and it only takes a few seconds to cut out that Box Top and throw it in a kitchen drawer.

The Box Tops money will help fund field trips, programs and support our great MCE staff. Thank you again and remember...

No More Cafeteria Charging
In order to have all of the accounts settled by the end of the year, there will be no more charging of breakfast or lunch in the cafeteria after Friday, April 29.
K-3 Program at Maggie Cordova Elementary!

The program is free of charge and is intended to increase instructional time in kindergarten and the early grades to narrow the achievement gap and increase cognitive skills.  To participate, your child must be entering Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade in the upcoming school year and be a resident within the MCES boundary.
